Returns and Exchange Policy
First and foremost, I want you to be happy with your purchase. I have put in a great deal of effort into portraying the nature of our products through images and descriptions, making sure that what you see online, is what you get offline.
However, I will try to understand that there is a reason behind your need to return or exchange, even though returns and/or exchanges are generally not accepted. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, my policies and also communicate with me to answer any outstanding questions carefully before completing your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit as a result of mishandling by the shipping service) a refund may be possible. This will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the problem. Before a refund is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. In these circumstances exchanges may be possible with certain items.
Color variation will not be considered as ‘defective or damaged.' Great care is taken to accurately document and describe each product and color variations may occur due to your own monitor settings.
If a package is returned to Izelangdesigns because the buyer provided the wrong address, or has declined to pay customs fees, or has not claimed a package after delivery attempts, the buyer will be notified by email. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again. If preferred, a refund may be issued minus a 20% re-stocking fee and minus the original shipping expenses.
